About
Nancy E. Campbell, LCSW
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping clients to manage anxiety, depression, eating disorders and other mental health issues. I provide online therapy for college-aged clients and other young adults across Arizona and Pennsylvania. This seems to be a population that I've had success working with and have enjoyed helping build self-esteem and develop healthier coping skills.
My goal is to make therapy feel supportive, safe, beneficial, meaningful, and enjoyable. I try to understand how you are feeling and how I can be helpful. I like to meet people where they are, without assumptions or judgment.
Extensive
Experience
Over the past 15 years in private practice, I have worked with more than 600 clients and held over 10,000 therapy sessions. Although every client has their own unique circumstances that brought them to therapy, there seem to be common challenges such as demands of school, relationships, numerous changes, identity and others. My extensive experience working primarily with college students and young adults has helped me to understand the many obstacles faced and how my therapy sessions can help address these issues more effectively.
My clinical expertise includes
working with clients struggling with:
Stress and burnout
Depression and low energy and motivation
Eating Disorders, including Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, ARFID, and Orthoexia
Negative Body Image
Stress, Self-Esteem and Life Transitions
Anxiety, worry, and chronic overthinking

You Don't Have to Keep Pushing Through It Alone
If something's been building up, it's okay to get support. You don't need to wait until things get worse.
